Responsible for monitoring electronic security systems including intrusion detection, video cameras, badge verification, and general access control.
Providing remote gate access, receiving, and reacting to large call volume, regulatory requirements, maintaining enterprise situational awareness and other duties as assigned.
Responsible for ensuring the safety of company employees and property by monitoring and responding to physical access control system alarms in a prescribed manner.
Interact with callers/customers to determine location, nature of incident/issues to determine appropriate response.
Perform data entry in multiple databases; follow established procedures.
Work involves detailed record keeping, data entry, and acute listening skills.
