LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced, self-directed, CSfC Systems
Architect to support the Special Operations Forces Information
Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) III contract. As a member of
our team, you will help to assist USSOCOM, SOF AT&L ,Service
Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC), and
deployed forces in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information
Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow,
communications, and connectivity globally.The CSfC Systems
Architect will act as USASOC G-63 Mobility Branch's primary CSfC
SME and will support Mobility Services. The CSfC Specialist will be
responsible for the design of NSA CSfC architecture and will
execute the submission, registration, and management of CPs from
cradle to grave. The CSfC Specialist will act as the liaison
between the Command, trusted integrators, and NSA throughout the
entire CSfC CP process. The successful candidate will contribute to
providing world-class CSfC mobile options and support.Duties
include but are not limited to:
- Successfully apply to all mobility efforts their broad
knowledge of:
- Networking Devices and Protocols
- Virtual Private Network (VPN) Technologies
- Firewalls
- Virtualization
- Private Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Certificate Authorities
(CA) Servers
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) Technology
- Mobile Device (iOS, Android) Technologies
- Wireless Technologies
- Cybersecurity
- Successfully incorporate their understanding of the
technologies and requirements into all CSfC CPs to include, but not
be limited to:
- Mobile Access Capability Package (MACP)
- Campus WLAN Capability Package (CWCP)
- Multi-Site Connectivity Capability Package (MSCCP)
- Data at Rest Capability Package (DAR)
- Enterprise Gray Implementation Requirements Annex
- Key Management Requirements Annexes
- Wireless Intrusion Detection System/Wireless Intrusion
Prevention System Requirements Annex
- Continuous Monitoring Annex
- Commercial National Security Algorithm Suite (CNSA)
- Trusted integrators and the approved CSfC components list.
- Design holistic architecture for CSfC infrastructure to support
a variety of IT disciplines.
- Execution of the CSfC Capability Package registrations,
checklist submissions, and project management until the CP is
awarded.
- Implement CSfC infrastructure in a pre-production environment.
Prepare and test infrastructure to support CSfC capabilities and
ensure it is ready for a production environment.
- Work in a collaborative team environment with professionals
from a variety of IT disciplines supporting the design and
implementation of CSfC capabilities.
- Coordinate closely with the organization's CSfC Architect
- Provide the liaison among USASOC Mobility, trusted integrators,
and the NSA.
- Provide Cyber Security recommendations for CSfC design and
implantation.
- Act as the CSfC SME for the CIO G-6.
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of IT disciplines
including, but not limited to networking, VPNs, firewalls,
virtualization, PKI, CA servers, MDMs, mobile devices and
applications, wireless and data center disciplines.Required
qualifications:
- A DoD TS/SCI clearance is required
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in
Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, a
Mathematics-intensive discipline. Significant relevant experience
will be considered in lieu of formal education.
- DoD 8570-M IAT II
- Five (5) years of progressive, relevant experience.
- Working knowledge and deep understanding of the broad range of
IT disciplines mentioned above.
- Excellent communications skills (written and oral) and
interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and experience with DOD entities.
- Strong team player able to work with SMEs representing a
variety of disciplines.Preferred Qualifications: -
