Share Print Data Governance Collibra Lead Primary Location: Charlotte, North Carolina Location: Charlotte, NC Alternate: Frisco, TX or Iselin, NJ V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Data Governance Collibra Lead for our premier client in Charlotte, North Carolina. Education and Experience Preferred Skills: Expertise in Collibra DG and DQ toolset. Financial\Asset Management domain knowledge is preferred. Advanced SQL knowledge preferably on Oracle and Snowflake Databases Exposure to Governance tools. Collibra is must. An understanding of data architecture and modeling practices and concepts including entity-relationship diagrams, normalization, abstraction, denormalization, dimensional modeling and meta data modeling practices. An understanding of Data Governance Practices - Business Glossary, Data catalogs, source to target mappings, Data Quality etc. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Job Responsibilities: Collecting and interpreting data, understand the relationship between the data elements. Identify and define new process improvement opportunities. Support the creation and implementation of processes and procedures to support data standards and control frameworks. Meet with necessary stakeholders for Business Glossary implementation. Champion and drive improvement in data management and Governance practices. Define Data Catalogs. Filter and "clean" data by defining the data quality rules. Act as SME on Governance practices to help Data stewards' day to day activities. Will be a subject matter expert in Collibra and help teams to adopt Collibra for Governance activities. Perform Data Profiling tasks. Interested?
