Job Description:

Customer Service-PartsCreate and send quotes to customers for parts ordersContacting customers to follow up with ordersIssue and monitor purchase orders to ensure the orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time.Coordinate all activities related to the purchasing, inventory control and logistics of machine partsProvide information to customers and sales personnel regarding parts pricing, shipments, stock status or other general inquiriesInspect incoming parts before entering them into inventory, and place inventory into correct warehouse location. Track shipments to ensure they are complete, correct, and on time.Anticipate potential backorder cases and work closely with suppliers and management to find other sources or expedite the product. Execute purchasing and order placement.Create excel worksheet for receiving container shipments.Issue RMA for customer part returns, including receiving of returned parts. and processing factory parts warranty claims.Support shipping desk as neededPoint of contact for Starship.Create solutions for more streamlined processes in operations between departmentsRequirementHigh school or aboveStrong Excel SkillMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis.
