Foam Operators needed- All SHIFTS- 8 HOURS!! 12 hrs!!Job Details for Foam Operator: Shift times/ Schedules

• Schedule: 2nd Shift 2:00pm-10:00pm Monday-Friday( Train on 1st before moving to 2nd Shift)
• 3rd Shift 10p-6a Sunday-Thursday $18.50/hr
• Day Shift: 5:45am-5:45pm on a 2/2/3 schedule $17.50hr
• Night Shift: 5:45pm-5:45am on a 2/2/3 schedule $19.50/hr
• Pay Rate: $17.50-$23.00/hr DOE and Shift.Job Responsibilities & Description for Foam/ Urethane Operators
  • DAY TO DAY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: * Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.* Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.* Maintain clean and safe workspace (housekeeping and sanitation) Accepts other duties assigned by the Supervisor within the scope of the position.* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.* Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus* Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment. JOB SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:* Minimum of 1 year of successful experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing facility.* Good knowledge and experience working with production procedures and processes.* Able to read blueprints, work instructions, safety instructions and production manuals and follow. Producing consistent quality parts.* Able to identify machine or process issues and analyze for resolution. Able to speak up and ask for help or clarification if needed.* Strong attention to detail for quality production.* Must be able to work with others well. Good communication and team skills. Able to present information in a positive way. Able to communicate well to others within organization.* Manufacturing environment requires to manage heavy equipment from time to time. Able to lift 40 pounds. Able to stand on feet for long periods of time. Follow all safety protocols.* Able to work with minimal supervision and able to multi-task.* Able to use Calipers to measure accurately. Knowledge of plastics, plastic extrusion is preferred. Must have mechanical abilities and perform basic math to perform essential functions of the job.
