Job Description:

Jackson Square Company is seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative for our client, a professional consulting company specializing in providing advanced services and tools for job searching and career development. The successful Customer Support Representative will have a strong customer service or sales background, as well as competence to assist customers in finding work and improving their professional skills. Additionally, the successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with and relate well to customers from diverse backgrounds. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours, paid training, a $13 per hour salary, and six-month performance reviews as the basis for raises and promotions. The selected candidate will have a unique opportunity to make a significant difference in people's lives and contribute to the growth of the national economy from the comfort of home.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the customer experience from the point of sale (and occasionally pre-sale) to service implementation and onboarding, account expansion, and growth
  • Develop positive relationships with customers by following up on their satisfaction and responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Contribute to revenue growth by expanding and renewing accounts
  • Provide professional support for a variety of career services, including career development coaching, interview coaching, job search strategy development, and career strategy development
  • Compile customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to incorporate it into the service road mapping and client experience processes
  • Collaborate with data analysts and other advisors to ensure the collection of quality data
  • Create new customer accounts in CRM and update existing ones
  • Mandatory six months performance review and evaluation
    REQUIREMENTS
    • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline
    • 3+ years of customer support or sales experience demonstrating prospect conversion, lead qualification, and generation of new business opportunities
    • Experience with CRM systems and practices
    • Strong understanding of different industries and job functions, including entry-level, technical, professional, and executive positions
    • Dynamic communicator with an exceptional ability to establish rapport with customers
    • Excellent command of LinkedIn, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Calendly
    • Results-driven personality, highly active and dedicated to meeting and exceeding goals
    • Must possess a customer-focused attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent time management skills
