Your Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Realizes development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products.
  
• Develops, validates and implements production technologies.
  
• Improves production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness.
  
• Initiates and coordinates development of production machines and tools, validates machines and tools.
  
• Supports/enables production or production department to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).
  
  Your Qualifications
  • 
    
  • B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering field
    
  • 5+ years of Engineering experience in a -Manufacturing/Production environment

    • Annual Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience)
