Our company is seeking an Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing manager to handle brand representation and client relations, and to create effective content and presentations on behalf of our client accounts.We offer our assistants the opportunity to connect with something bigger and to reach their full potential. • Communicating effectively with clients to establish a positive brand image to the public
• Assisting the Marketing Manager in marketing campaigns, campaign set up and breakdown, resolving communication issues and coordinating the transition of marketing campaign materials as needed
• Providing information about our clients' programs and services
• Participating in team-building activitiesThe ideal candidate should have:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to make independent decisions
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work individually and within a team
