SUMMARY
Location: Courtyard/Residence Inn by Marriott Charlotte
Northlake
Position Type: Non-Management
The starting pay rate for this position is $13.00 per hour
Our team is now seeking an adaptive Part time team player to work
in our Bistro and Residence Inn Breakfast Area! As a Bistro Server,
you will be a key reference for guests while preparing and serving
made-to-order food and beverage products.
This position may require flexible scheduling availability.
Job Requirements:
- Taking guests' orders, cooking, and delivering food
- Ensuring a wonderful dining experience from beginning to end
- Receiving food and beverage orders and ensuring bistro service
space remains well-stocked at all times
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after
each service
Job Qualifications:
- Highly motivatedteam player with strong initiative and desire for
achievement
- Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including
anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as
necessary
- Ability to work well in stressful situations
- Readily available and approachable for all guests while
providingexcellent guest service
- Ability to help validate customers' IDs and monitor all beverage
consumption

this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit or walk
for an extended period of time. The number of hours you will be
scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest
occupancy, season, staffing and other factors. Island Hospitality
is unable to guarantee a specific number of work hours per
week.
