Job Description:

A large healthcare institution is hiring Implementation Specialists -for a temporary project to run through March of 2024 for candidates on eastern or central time zones. NOTE: this is a strict contract only with no temp to perm opportunity. Candidates should have 2+ years of membership and billing experience or equivalent. Life and disability insurance experience is preferred. Qualified candidates apply below!

salary: $23 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High` School

Responsibilities

• Associate will be responsible for the review, implementation, and processing of customer accounts migrating from one system to another. Associate will manage and report status of implementations to Management and Migration Team. Associate will coordinate with and direct activities of partner teams to ensure timely completion and high quality.
• Responsible for accurate and timely processing of new firm installations, benefit changes and maintenance. -
• Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: -
• Review of new group enrollment material for accuracy including outreach for clarification. -
• Responds to incoming calls / e-mails and may initiate outgoing calls, providing customer service to brokers and employer groups by answering benefit questions, resolving issues and educating callers. -
• Verifies enrollment status, makes changes to records, researches and resolves enrollment system rejections; addresses a variety of enrollment questions or concerns received by phone or mail. -
