We encourage you to take a look at our current openings and contact us if you have any questions. Overview We are looking for a Bilingual Dental Patient Services Representative to join our family. The Dental PSR is the first contact point for patients and visitors to our center. Under the direct supervision of the Practice Manager and the PSR Supervisor, this position is responsible for timely and accurate recording of patient demographics, insurance information, patient charges and payments. Cross training required in multiple administrative support functions including dental records, scanning, and PHI request and messaging to both clinical and non-clinical staff. Candidates qualifications: 1 year office experience preferred. High school diploma or GED. No licensure required. Certifications BLS/OSHA/HIPAA. Fluent in Spanish. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors to the practice with a smile, making them feel important.
• Speaks courteously, clearly and calmly to patients in person, or on the phone
• Gather, verify and accurately enter and update any dental, medical and insurance changes.
• Properly notify the attending dentist and working assistants of patients arrival and readiness.
• Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism
• Uses script properly as needed when on the phone.
• Schedule patients for efficient use of doctor and staff time, making patients aware of any overdue balances.
• Manage recall system.
• Confirm the next day's appointments by phone, reminding patient of their account status.
• Willingly perform other tasks as assigned by the dentist or PSR supervisor. Kintegra Health Core Requirements 1.
