risks.About the roleWhat you need to know:
- This position manages the relationships with cybersecurity
standards owners, control owners and stakeholders to author, review
and publish cybersecurity polices, standards and controls.
- Develops and matures the cybersecurity policy and compliance
program and supporting metrics.
- As part of a governance, risk, and controls team will work
closely with team members to support the overall program
performance and Strategy.
- This role is responsible for designing, maintaining, and
managing the Cybersecurity controls library.
- Liaises with internal/external audit, risk, legal, and
regulatory groups to manage cybersecurity inquiries and
assessments.
- Records and reports the current state of cybersecurity
risk.
- Collaborates with our managed service provider to develop
control metrics, KPIs, and identifies key areas for
improvement.What we're looking for:
- Significant experience and understanding of cybersecurity
policies, standards and controls processes and best practices.
- Experience with common industry control/risk frameworks such as
CIS, FFIEC, NIST, and MITRE ATT&CK.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining lifecycle
management processes for policy and standards and related
metrics.
- Experience designing, maintaining, and managing a Cybersecurity
controls library.
- Anticipates and navigates the organizational dynamics to
negotiate, influence, and engage with key stakeholders to drive
business success / outcomes through inspirational leadership,
skilled in driving change management.
- 10+ years of increasing responsibility and work complexity to
include progressive management roles in large, complex
organizations.
- Strong ability to communicate via written and verbal
communication in both formal and casual situations.
- Proven ability influence, collaborate, and gain support of key
cyber security initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability effectively communicate, plan, and
collaborate to improve performance of ISO services, including
