• This position manages the relationships with cybersecurity standards owners, control owners and stakeholders to author, review and publish cybersecurity polices, standards and controls.
• Develops and matures the cybersecurity policy and compliance program and supporting metrics.
• As part of a governance, risk, and controls team will work closely with team members to support the overall program performance and Strategy.
• This role is responsible for designing, maintaining, and managing the Cybersecurity controls library.
• Liaises with internal/external audit, risk, legal, and regulatory groups to manage cybersecurity inquiries and assessments.
• Records and reports the current state of cybersecurity risk.
• Collaborates with our managed service provider to develop control metrics, KPIs, and identifies key areas for improvement.What we're looking for:
  • Significant experience and understanding of cybersecurity policies, standards and controls processes and best practices.
  • Experience with common industry control/risk frameworks such as CIS, FFIEC, NIST, and MITRE ATT&CK.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining lifecycle management processes for policy and standards and related metrics.
  • Experience designing, maintaining, and managing a Cybersecurity controls library.
  • Anticipates and navigates the organizational dynamics to negotiate, influence, and engage with key stakeholders to drive business success / outcomes through inspirational leadership, skilled in driving change management.
  • 10+ years of increasing responsibility and work complexity to include progressive management roles in large, complex organizations.
  • Strong ability to communicate via written and verbal communication in both formal and casual situations.
  • Proven ability influence, collaborate, and gain support of key cyber security initiatives.
