Job Description:
Join the industry leader to design the next generation of
breakthroughs Oversee
the team responsible for post-sale support that coordinates the
operational
aspects of ongoing Customer & Product Support projects. You will
lead a
team focused on serving as liaison between the end customer,
project management
and planning, project team, and product delivery team. You will
review status
of projects and budgets with the customer and work to coordinate
schedules for
your team to ensure customer success while meeting all SLAs.
Develop standard
work and reporting requirements to drive customer success right and
fast with
minimal impact to internal and external performance metrics. You
will assess
project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity,
quality, and
customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop
mechanisms for
keeping the Honeywell knowledge base current along with creating
the tools to
monitor project progress, and be a key problem solver with Sales,
project
managers, and product delivery teams. - Key Responsibilities: Team

Travel YOU MUST
HAVE: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the
