communities, and fellow employees.Summary:Provide Service and
Operations support for the Service Department. Service plays a
critical role in the daily operations associated with service and
repairs. Position requires interaction with the Operation group and
effective communication with customers, as necessary.Essential
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may
be assigned.Reviews work order information and compares to purchase
orders in preparation for invoicing to ensure accuracy.Ensures that
quoted scope and actual scope performed are aligned and any
deviations have been noted and broken into appropriate segments and
change orders obtained. Notifies management of any issues.Reviews
Work-In-Progress daily for potential invoicing and document any
"Held Ups" that require additional attention including outstanding
purchases that have not been received, missing parts orders or
returns and miscellaneous chargesSubmits proforma invoices to
customers to obtain purchase orders for emergency trouble calls or
time-and- material jobs as required.Process credit card
transactions and work with the credit department to establish cash
accounts for those clients.Complete AIA Forms and Lien Waivers as
required by customers and forward to the credit department for
execution.Confirms that invoices post accurately to SAP on a daily
basis.Participates in weekly WIP meetings and updates status of
invoicing progress.Provides support to customers with questions
concerning invoices and works with sales and service to resolve any
issues.Assists credit department with collection of past due
invoices as requested and appropriate.Provide telephone coverage
for main switchboard and handle calls in accordance with company
policy and procedures.Provides back-up to other coordinators within
the department.Effectively communicate and build relationships with
the PSSRs and other departments to regularly review and approve
assigned work ordersProcess P-Card transactions and per diem
expense reports in Concur including posting expenses to the
appropriate work orders and processing Concur expense reports
monthly and per diem reports bi-weekly.Train on all the Service
functions in DBS, Service Link and SAPAbility to succeed in a
collaborative team environmentWillingness to take on additional
responsibilities and projects when neededSupervisory
Responsibilities:This position does not have supervisory
responsibilities.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully,

Experience:High School diploma or equivalent, post HS education
preferred.Successful candidate will have an excellent working
knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office products.Experience in
a fast-paced customer-oriented environment is essentialWillingness
to learn and perform all aspects of service office
operationsAbility to adapt to an ever-changing environment and to
understand the importance of positive customer relations.Computer
Skills:-Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)-Ability
to use SAP software-DBS, PSQ, and Service Link functionsLanguage
Skills:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety
rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure
manuals. Ability to write routine reports and
correspondence.Mathematical Skills:Ability to calculate figures and
amounts such as discounts, and percentages. Ability to apply
concepts of basic math.Reasoning Ability:Ability to solve practical
problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in
situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to
interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral,
diagram, or schedule form.Physical Demands:The physical demands
