Dispersions BU / M+S Support

Job Description



1. Processing price requests within given guidelines and organizing mass price changes to customers.


2. Providing price analyzes of customers, products, costs, etc.


3. Analysis of business issues as directed by management.


4. Analyzing call reports and following up with sales force and other company functions


5. Handling of monthly, quarterly and annual business reports.


6. Calculating regional impact price scenarios and monitoring price developments of key accounts including communication with affiliates abroad.


7. Coordination of trade show and communication activities.


8. Providing support to sales force using PRIMA (price management solution).


9. Performing inventory analysis and forecasts of select products.


10. Processing of sample requests received by customers and sales force.


11. Coordinattion of QNS (Quality and Complaints) on behalf of the business.


12. Provide and review master data for customers and PPCs.

1.
Processing price requests within given guidelines and organizing mass price changes to customers.

Providing support to sales force using PRIMA (price management solution).

Processing of sample & literature requesets received from customers & sales force.

Analyzing call reports and following up with sales force and other company functions

Providing support for GCIS (PA NAFTA Profiles)

Misc.






1.
Coordinating and resolving QNS (Complaints)


2.
Coordination of Customer Rebates


3.
Provide and review product and customer MasterData

Coordination of trade shows and communication activities
