SUPPORT DESK SPECIALIST - AUSTIN TX OR CHARLOTTE NC The Select
Group is looking for a Support Desk Specialist to join an American
Mass Media and Telecommunications Company! We are looking for
someone to support the workforce management team with various
auditing, reporting and scheduling functions.Must Have Skills:
- Experience working in a call center environment or strong
understanding of how a call center operations
- Basic excel experience
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with
all levels of management and company personnel
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and task while working
independentlyNice to Have:
- Workforce Management Experience
- Experience utilizing scheduling software such as Aspect, IEXDay
to day responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling of team meetings, coaching sessions,
training and other scheduled off phone activities.
- Update agent schedules with exceptions received through email
- Maintain data in Aspect eWorkforce Management software as well
as other related databases and files.
- Support frontline leadership in scheduling ad-hoc request.
