the Dave Friedman Team at Keller Williams is seeking a Real Estate
Agent who is excited to grow their business in 2021! We have more
qualified leads in the Greater Charlotte, North Carolina and Rock
Hill South Carolina market than we can handle and therefore we need
you! Have you hit a ceiling and trying to find your next step? We'd
love to show you what the support of our team and it's lead
partnerships can do to your business to create predictable
success!We subscribe to a "feed the hungry" mentality. So if you
have closed 5+ homes in the last 12 months and are looking to close
many more in 2021, we have an opportunity to discuss. Here is what

- You sign an agency agreement with 70% of the people that you
meet with

- You have close 5+ homes
- You know how to write a contract

- Meeting with Buyers and Sellers
- Conduct Listing and Buyer Presentations
- Getting Agency Agreements signed
- Taking excellent notes
- High level of communication with the team and the client

- Strong Negotiating Skills
- Communicate effectively
- Hold an ACTIVE NC Real Estate License
- Hold an ACTIVE SC Real Estate License (highly preferred)About
