    • Partnering with US&C Operation Leaders and leading the path to bring the specialism of Data Analysis to US&C Operations, support subject matter experts generating data driven insights and opportunities, to support operations in improving delivery, and modernize operations for scale and sustainability with better controls and deeper insights
    • Understand the key priorities / problem areas / leading conversations driven by Regional COO of US&C with his Leadership Team and be able to create a support mechanism, generate insights and options; and own actions on behalf of COO to help them achieve their operational goals
    • Identification and socialization of opportunities with Operational leaders to drive continuous improvement increasing digital fulfillment, enabling better operational controls, and consequently enabling a seamless customer experience
    • Gain solid knowledge of all US&C business lines
    • Identify key staff to cultivate profitable & growth relationships
    • Understand customer needs, resolve customer BI/MI complaints quickly and effectively
    • Cross-pollination of best practices and ideas across operating teams in other Geographies of MercerWhat you need to have:
      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Math, Engineering or Economics from accredited university or equivalent experience
      • 10+ years of experience in business intelligence and performance management in Services Industry, supply chain or logistics
      • 10+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects and programs with tight deadlines
      • Experience with BackOffice Planning and exposure to Contact Centre operations
      • Experience as a Client Relationship Manager or Product Manager is preferred
      • Knowledge of customer relationship management practices
