About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Systems Operations Engineer. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Platform Support Lead for WDTT. Specialized skillset required for BluePrism and UIPath RPA Tools as these are the tools/technologies. Leads the RPA Platform Support Team which provides L1, L2 levels and responds to incidents, production issuesIn this role, you will:

  • Lead complex, broad impact initiatives including provision of high level systems consultation for the technology teams
  • Work as key participant in large scale planning of computer systems and network infrastructure for Systems Operations functional area
  • Review and analyze complex technical challenges, as well as escalated support issues related to core business solutions that require in depth evaluation of multiple factors, such as alternatives, enhancements, periodic systems reviews, or improvements to existing systems
  • Make decisions on technical changes and enhancements
  • Consult with engineering team on change design requiring solid understanding of technical process controls or standards that influence and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with technical peers, colleagues, and mid to more experienced level managers to resolve systems support issues and achieve goals
  • The unique skills the candidate brings to the table and the experience he has in advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities in RPA makes the resource uniquely qualified. Replacement will be extremely costly to the Wholesale Technology - Commercial Banking Intelligent automation team.
  • Commercial Banking Intelligent automaton BOTs supporting different commercial business groups, If we lack in depth understanding of our complex workflow and business knowledge we could lose meeting SLAs of LOB supporting our customers resulting in significant loss of revenue.
  • Technical knowledge and skillset is required to streamline 24 7 monitoring using RPA COE tools for Commercial banking intelligent Automation BOTs, as well as continuously improve the techniques to ensure CBIA bots availability and reduce downtimes.
  • Key subject matter expert on various initiatives and is critical to providing the team much needed technical expertise, analysis, integration testing and production support for our RPA functionality.
  • Provides direction and collaboration for project delivery. Appropriately structures the timelines, tasks and the leveraging of resources further strengthens teamwork among the platform team members as well as guarantees delivering and supporting CBIA bots to meet commercial business groups SLAs.
  • Position requires in depth understanding of technology project management experience, strategic planning experience, change management, Intelligent Automation Tools like Blue prism, UiPath, Apache KafKa messaging , Process designing, Automation, managing geographically distributed diverse teams.
  • Maintains a clear vision statement that communicates the company's core values and standards to both the team members and customers.
  • Solves issues quickly and efficiently and puts effective processes in place to prevent these issues from occurring again. Required Qualifications, US:
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or engineering
    • 5+ years of software engineering experience
    • 5 + years of technology project management experience
    • 5+ years of strategic planning and development experience
    • 5+ years of change management experience
    • 3+ years of experience with systems architecture and design
    • 4+ years of Agile experience
    • 2+ years of Process designing, Visio workflows
    • Experience managing and directing geographically distributed diverse teams
    • Ability to interact with all levels of an organizationDesired Qualifications:
      • 3+ years of Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
      • 3+ years of UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
      • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      • Experience designing content with consistent style, layout and format
      • Knowledge and understanding of system monitoring and high availability architectures, at an enterprise level
      • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
      • Demonstrated experience motivating and influencing groups or individuals across organizational boundaries to gain trust and confidence to make timely decisions
      • Excellent communication (oral and written) with ability to communicate at multiple levels ranging from technologists to senior managers.Job Expectations:
