  • Support the Special Needs Trust Advisory Specialists with relationship management, growth of business activities and administrative tasks
  • Provide proactive client services and help to address client inquiries
  • Interacts frequently with clients, internal departments and/or external resources to research and resolve complex operational issues related to moderately complex to highly complex accounts
  • Assists in profiling and may identify client retention issues as well as potential new business opportunities across Trust Services and WIM.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
  • Understands trust terminology and has the knowledge to interpret basic trust documents
  • Provides basic administrative support such as phone coverage, calendar maintenance and travel planning
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal and external customersRequired Qualifications:
    • 4+ years of administrative or sales support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
      • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
      • Basic Microsoft Office skills
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      • Exposure to Wells Fargo ClientLink application
      • Exposure to Wells Fargo Trust operations applications and systems such as: SEI Trust 3000
      • Knowledge and understanding of estate, trust, or fiduciary administrationJob Expectations:
        • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
