The team member in this role will present themselves in a professional manner, show up on time, and be prepared for the daily tasks. You will be responsible for providing timely diagnosis and repair on residential appliances while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Duties and Responsibilities:Accurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in the customer's homeAbility to use basic tools or instruments to assemble, adjust, calibrate, repair and test appliancesAbility to give the customer an accurate cost estimate of the repairAbility to use an I-Pad for service call processing, routing functions, and partsAbility to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and the physical ability to perform work under varied circumstancesAbility to provide knowledgeable, courteous and professional customer serviceRequirements:Professional work experience on appliance repair or an aptitude to learn the tradePrevious in-home appliance diagnosis and repair experience a plusAble to complete all required reporting and documentation of work ordersAbility to work both independently and as a team memberStrong customer service skillsMust be at least 18 years of ageValid driver's license and insurable motor vehicle recordCompensation:Large company benefits with small company treatmentHourly/Commission6 paid holidays One week vacation after 3 months, two weeks after first yearService Van with Specialized ToolsUniformsIPadTraining Opportunities Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year When you do what you love, it never feels like a job.
