• Establish, lead, and guide successful Agile coaches which embrace and exhibit the Agile mindset, practices and standards to deliver working software
• Oversee upwards of 25 coaches, most will be managed resources but at least 7-10 will be FTEs
• Provide options regarding process initiation, work structuring, utilization of value streams, and cultivation of interactive application development
• Support quality assurance and project management
• Make decisions utilizing Agile metrics and a strategic perspective to show value of practicality in enabling planning, continuous improvement, and thoughtful data inspired decisions
• Coach and provide clarity to the Agile mindset, practice and skills to team and individuals
• Collaborate and consult with teams to align program goals in delivering final product
• Mentor other individuals to enable innovative leadership and empowerment of teamRequired Qualifications, US:
  • 6+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of Management experience
  • 5+ years experience in Agile Coaching, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Ability to manage 10+ Agile coaches across varying assignments and locationsDesired Qualifications:
    • Experience with Commercial and/or Investment Banking
