Manage delivery of on-site services at the local level, manage shared services from internal product teams and vendor partners. Ensure terminal keeps running as per service level agreements. If you see yourself being part of a team that helps the global economy grow through our worldwide network of customers and terminals, then we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Responsible for the local delivery of IT services to the terminal for end-user computing, networks and computeing.Drive the standardization of the local hardware platforms ensuring strong alignment with global terminal standardsResponsible for ensuring that local hardware complies with cyber standardsServe as a counselor to and catalyst for local IT managers in identifying areas for technology improvement and/or technology use improvementResponsible for developing and managing the budget to run and maintain the local infrastructureResponsible for the support and maintenance of the terminal infrastructure to support business applications maintaining agreed-to SLAsAct as the regional point of coordination for all infrastructure deployments across the regionEnsure regional/terminal constraints and/or specificities in infrastructure are well captured during the development of new global productsResponsible for the management and mitigation of all risks associated with local infrastructureResponsible for developing and maintaining disaster recovery plans for terminalsWork closely with platform counterparts from other regions to share good practices and leverage cross-region synergiesEffectively manage stakeholders across platform teams, functions, and terminals to reach an agreementAccountable for:Development of the regional roadmaps to standardize and modernize the local infrastructure, including compliant networks and target state standardized infrastructure and associated total cost of ownershipOrchestrating the infrastructure roadmaps across the region and aligning the deployment and maintenance with the global platform product leadsCompliance to the EA and Cyber Security standardsDisaster recovery plans for local infrastructureCoordination with 3rd party vendors on infrastructure requirements for local business solutionsDeploying and maintaining effective monitoring tools according to global standardsProvide necessary input to global leads on impact and requirements for local infrastructure solutionsCompetencies:Extensive relationship management experience and the ability to create and maintain a strong internal network across levels and disciplinesStrong infrastructure background, with specific exposure to terminal operationsExperience in providing effective demand management and support for the management of an IT portfolioWorking experience driving standardization of an IT portfolio across different business unitsSound financial planning and analysis experience (TCO, costs/budgets mgmt)People management and development in a virtual and decentralized working setupExperience working in a matrix organizational modelIs a career with APM Terminals right for you?
