Job Description:
Come join the Worldwide Learning Role-based Onboarding team as a
Community Manager. If you are passionate about helping people excel

high-performing team of professionals who are revolutionizing
role-based learning programs for sellers and delivering world-class
onboarding experiences at scale. We are looking for a community
manager to enhance the onboarding experience for Microsoft new
sellers and other key customer facing roles. Onboarding Community
Managers provide a high touch, guided, cohort experience through
the learners entire first year in role.

**Responsibilities**
+ Contribute to the development of learning programs and
initiatives for relevant audiences by helping to identify
organizational needs, securing resources, communicating with
stakeholders, and prioritizing work.
+ Develop relationships with existing stakeholders/partners within
an audience or business unit to support alignment with
learning-related needs.
+ Plan and deliver onboarding virtual learning events and
activities for new hires
+ Curate and publish engaging content on the community social
channel. Develop cohorts' editorial calendar.
+ Monitor learner engagement metrics and organize initiatives to
improve program effectiveness.
+ Continuously improve content and programs through assisting with
collecting, examining, and incorporating feedback and data to make
content adjustments.
+ Find new ways to connect with new hires and stay up to date with
digital technology trends
**Qualifications**
+ Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g.,
Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 2+ years experience in Learning and
Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field
or sales, HR, customer success, collection management,
research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project
management
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
+ Experienced in social media
+ Knowledge of online marketing
+ Great speaking, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills. To
be able to engage a group of people - especially virtually
+ Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
+ Manage projects using best practices of project management
+ Great at navigating feedback, and using it as an opportunity to
improve
+ Resilient, with a Growth Mindset, able to navigate a
fast-changing environment and iterate quickly on potential
solutions
