Job Description: Group has an exciting opportunity for an organised and committed Executive Assistant to join our team based in the US.

As executive assistant you will work within the People Team and report into the HR Manager US while providing administrative assistance to senior management within the COO Org of Group.

  • Provide first-class administrative support to US based senior management team as required
  • Screen and handle correspondence of a confidential nature
  • Attend meetings, prepare agendas in advance, keep minutes, track and report on actions agree
  • Process expenses and invoice administration on behalf of senior management
  • Act as point of calendar management and point of contact for internal stakeholders
  • Effectively complete travel arrangements for senior management in line with company policies
  • Assist with drafting and delivering reports maintaining excellent working relationships
  • Support HR Manager and wider People Team through event planning
  • Oversee and organise offsite events such as team building and conferences
  • Participate and contribute to other activities and projects as required


    • 3+ years' experience as an executive assistant
    • Must be comfortable managing multiple calendars and priorities while ensuring all requirements are met
    • Ability to prioritise
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Must be trustworthy, diplomatic and capable of dealing with matters of a confidential nature with discretion
    • Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
    • Demonstrate flexibility in undertaking additional tasks as may be assigned
