Job Description:General DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Specialist II (TAS II) is responsible for sourcing, screening and recommending candidates for Flexential positions within the Sales organization and other Corporate areas as assigned. The TAS II will identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with the managers, identify potential "fit" through effective interviewing and testing, effectively administer the interviewing process, and ensure a positive new hire experience. Developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies are primary responsibilities to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent.Key Responsibilities And Essential Job Functions

  • Consult with leaders, hiring managers and human resources team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates.
  • Works with leadership in multiple divisions and develops relationships with hiring managers in an effort to guide and drive a best-in-class recruiting process to ensure positions are filled with top talent
  • Place and update all job postings in various Medias including internal and external job boards, colleges, social networks, community boards and staffing partners.
  • Represent the company at recruiting events (i.e., job fairs), providing company/job information and interviewing applicants.
  • Give presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs.
  • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote ATS referral program and internal opportunities.
  • Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed.
  • Respond timely to internal and external applicant situations, and applicant requests as required.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
  • Position may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hours.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Partners with leaders to identify talent needs, present the competitive landscape and industry trends and make recommendations to ensure business goals are achieved
  • Drives transparency in the process by ensuring a regular cadence of updates and reporting
  • Identify and act on opportunities to streamline talent acquisition processes and tools
  • Adhere to EEO and OFCCP guidelines throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle
  • Perform other duties as required and assignedQualifications
    • Minimum of 6 + years of experience recruiting Sales professionals in a corporate space and within multiple Corporate lines of business
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
    • Personal passion and interest in recruiting talent in the technology industry
    • Experience organizing/coordinating multiple projects while providing exceptional customer service
    • Analytic skills necessary to evaluate metrics and adjust practices to improve results
    • Excellent relationship management skills, ability to establish credibility, and partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, needs, risk and plans for actions
    • Must be able to handle sensitive related and proprietary information in a confidential manner
    • Polished communication and presentation skills, refined email and social media etiquette, exceptional phone presence
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
    • Highly driven, motivated, disciplined and well versed in the elements of corporate recruiting for today's talent needs, as well as future needs
    • Proven ability to be flexible and collaborative within a fast-paced and complex companyBase Pay Range: The pay range offered for this position is estimated to be an hourly rate of $65,000 - $80,000k/yr., however, the actual pay range depends each candidate's experience, qualifications, and job location.
