This is 12-month contract assignment with the possibility of extension with our client. Job Description: Social Media Strategist & Community Manager This role can be 100% remote We are open to candidates anywhere in the country. The Social Media Strategist & Community Manger will support our client's corporate communications team. A leader in sustainable energy, with social media and community management efforts. Job Responsibilities: Develop strategy, write, concept and present B2B social media content for our clients Sustainable Solutions while adhering to corporate policies. Must have strong, proven ability to create knowledgeable, technically accurate and engaging content for social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn. Experience creating B2B social media advocacy and thought leadership programs is preferred. Experience in renewable energy, sustainability, and backup power generation a strong plus. This role will also support community management efforts for our client across social media platforms (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn). This person will engage first in listening, then actively participating in communities to connect with customers and key stakeholders to share information, participate in discussions, diffuse negative situations and/or escalate any issues to the appropriate teams as needed.
