WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
The Software Support Team is now hiring an Application Support Representative role in the areas of Accounting, Media and Project Management! Youll work in our Mooresville, NC location or remotely and report to the Software Support Manager.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Learn and understand the Advantage and Webvantage software programs from basic setup to processing and reporting. Keep up with all program enhancements and fixes as they are released.
  • Responsible for providing solutions to customers who contact us for assistance on the Advantage and Webvantage software programs in the areas of Accounting, Project Management and Media in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. Assistance ranges from how to questions and problem solving. This includes initial call, and all steps (and follow up) to final resolution.
  • Expedite calls and emails by completing database research and testing of software related to issues reported.
    YOULL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
    • Must have the ability to work varied hours but no later than 7:30 AM EST Monday through Friday.
    • Experience working in software and/or advertising industries.
    • Knowledge of accounting, project management and/or media.
    • Experience with Chrome or other browsers such as Firefox or Safari (Mac).
    • Ability to learn and retain new information on a continuous basis.
    • Work well with people; with patience and using good listening skills.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Excellent troubleshooting/investigative/logical thinking skills and should be detail-oriented.
    • Strong computer and typing skills / Windows operating system. [MS Word and MS Excel]
