Talent Acquisition Specialist
Summary: CRG has recently launched a search for our Healthcare Technology client who is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This position is responsible for full cycle recruiting of all corporate positions, with a background in IT recruiting highly preferred.

Schedule: Hybrid schedule - opportunity to work remotely 2 days/week
Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 + performance-based bonus
PTO - 15 days per year + 9 paid holidays and a floating holiday
Half day off on work anniversary + work anniversary gifts
Half day off on birthday
Volunteer time off - 8 hours per year

Serve as company culture ambassador throughout the talent acquisition process and internally
Aggressively seek and secure top talent for the organization that fits and enhances the company culture
Locate qualified applicants through online databases, job boards, referral networks, and events
Create and implement an effective job posting/transfer policy for internal movement
Communicate with potential applicants through phone, email, video conferencing, and in-person
Screen resumes and interview candidates for a variety of positions within the organization
Create innovative job announcements and marketing materials to advertise the company and its open positions
Work with management to create and screen for success factors for each requisition
Implement effective hiring assessments to ensure hiring is aligned with company culture and positional needs
Train hiring managers on interview best practices and the importance of company brand as a part of the hiring process
Apply principles of behavioral interviewing to determine qualifications of candidates
Research emerging hiring trends and make recommendations to leadership
Investigate referrals, references, and social media sources to formulate well-rounded view of applicants
Conduct market research and develop attractive hiring packages
Prepare and present on talent acquisition metrics and reporting
BS/BA in Human Resources or related field
3+ years' experience in a fast-paced high-volume full cycle recruiting role (corporate recruiting experience highly preferred)
Strong sales skills with proven ability to articulate company culture and vision to candidates
Assertive and competitive approach to seeking and securing top talent
Demonstrates creative thinking in recruiting campaigns and materials
Experience using a variety of methods to research and recruit potential applicants
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media applications
Excellent analytical skills to track metrics and interpret data for strategic recruiting campaigns
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to network and establish professional relationships
Ability to travel to job fairs and networking events
