Job Description:Position SummaryPosition/role will be the involvement in the planning, monitoring and control of the testing activities and tasks across multiple applications for specific portfolios. The individual will lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution-- of the test cases, test procedures and test suites. The QA lead establishes metrics, mentors team member and coordinates/collaborates with the interfacing applications and software vendor resources. Individuals will be part of scrum teams, partnering with development to deliver on projects that are a part of integrated releases, monthly application code changes and support break fix work as well. In addition resources will support the automation of scripts, updating and managing them accordingly. Required SkillsEstablish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are metAct as key point of contact for all the QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
