While your job duties may fluctuate day to day, here are some areas we expect to see you proficient in: Testing and consulting services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building envelope consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related services Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation Performing field and laboratory testing Assisting with preparation of reports, proposals, and projects Assisting with projects as needed Interacting with senior staff members on a variety of projects Scheduling and oversight of facilities technicians Promoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required; 2 year technical degree in related field preferred 2 years of experience as ECS Facilities Technician, or equivalent combination of experience, certification, and education required Facilities certifications are required for all types of testing performed.
