General Summary Reporting into the Director, Commercialization this role partners with the management team at each manufacturing facility to produce exceptional products that meet the Company's quality, safety, delivery, and cost expectations and delights consumers. This role works cross-functionally with the Campbell Snacks Business Unit (BU) and Plants to drive growth, execute against priorities and achieve collective objectives. Provides leadership for the Commercialization process to ensure adherence, supply execution and overall success as defined by projects. Supports the plants in their goals related to schedule attainment and line efficiency improvements. Monitors Enablers, quality issues, and any other Business UnitPlantSupply Chain related matters. Serves as a key liaison between the BU Team, Corporate Supply Chain, and the plants to ensure that key Business Unit and Supply Chain initiatives are executed effectively. Principal Accountabilities Serve as Manufacturing representative and functional expert to the Business Unit team Serve and liaison between the Business Unit and Corporate Supply Chain Operations teams Ensures linkage and execution with other Supply Chain functions, such as Planning, Quality, Engineering and Procurement Develops supply chain solutions to enable brand strategies Ensures that corporate and plant goals are appropriately aligned Leads the Commercialization process from a Supply Chain perspective, including but not limited to- Supports new product innovations introductions coordinates activities for new product development at the plants while partnering with Marketing, Sales, PD Engineering, and RD Manages risk and meeting project success metrics Helps resolving issues or challenges Ensures adherence to the commercialization process Acts as strong Advisor at Commercialization Gating meetings Provides robust and proactive communication throughout the Commercialization process, including but not limited to- Plant capabilities (internal external) capacity Key plant andor Supply Chain priorities Cost builds and supporting details Constraints and service disruptions Overall project, process or plant risks Supports the plants' financial performance to achieve BU EBIT, Gross Margin, and Net Sales commitments Provides frequent and relevant updates to Campbell Snacks leadership on business results, concerns, and needs on an ongoing basis Supports Continuous Improvement processes with cross functional partners and plant teams, including but not limited to- Promoting enabler programs to deliver against AOP and strategic plan objectives Reducing consumer complaints Assisting to execute Capital Spending plans as necessary Job Specifications Must demonstrate ability to think strategically while executing with excellence Must be able to communicate the "big picture" and translate strategic plans into specific actions to deliver both short- and long-term results Must be proficient at coordinating and executing multiple tasks and effectively utilizing project management skills and techniques while prioritizing strategic and tactical initiatives Must provide ongoing guidance and direction to the Business Unit and Plants while effectively addressing priorities that conflict with Plant, Supply Chain, and Business Unit goals and objectives Must be able to build strong relationships with key functional groups at both the plant and Corporate level to ensure project and strategy execution Must interface effectively with multiple departments, functions and levels across the plant and corporate business unit teams Must be a change agent. Must be able to overcome resistance to organizational change, pivot as necessary and motivate others to drive change as well Job Requirements Minimum education required Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field Years of relevant experience 5 years of progressive, related experience in the foodconsumer packaged goods industry, preferably within Supply Chain Knowledge, skills and abilities required Understanding of food processingconsumer goods manufacturing and end to end Supply Chain Cross-functional experience with a proven track record of delivering successful business results Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities (both verbal and written) Strong financial background and general business acumen Exceptional project management skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Must be able to analyze and process large amounts of information, identify and effectively manage priorities, and follow through on all commitments Drive for results.
