job summary JIRA Administrator to install, do upgrades and
patches, enhancements and most importantly performance tuning on
the JIRA platform. Provide Level 3 Production Support for JIRA and
Confluence, including performance tuning and scaling.

8am to 5pm education No Degree Required responsibilities Provide
Level 3 Production Support for JIRA and Confluence, including
performance tuning and scaling. ? Createmaintain Confluence spaces
and permission schemes, and JIRA projects, workflows, screen
schemes, custom fields, permission schemes and notification
schemes. ? Implement integrations between JIRA, Confluence and
other SDLC applications. ? Perform instance, project and database
migrations. ? Analyze, test, and install application upgrades. ?
Create and maintain detailed technical and user documentation. ?
Interact with vendors for support and troubleshooting. ? Schedule
and coordinate application and server maintenance. ? Identify and
implement process automation and optimizations. ? Evaluate new
applications that need to be on boarded. Required Skills 3 years
hands-on experience working with JIRA and Confluence as an
Administrator. ? SR experience creatingmaintaining JIRA projects,
workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes and notification
schemes. ? Experience creatingmaintaining Confluence spaces,
features and permission schemes. ? Experience integrating JIRA with
other applications such as Subversion, TFS and BitBucket. ?
Experience performing JIRAConfluence migrations and upgrades. ?
Experience working with SQL databases and writing SQL queries. ?
Team player, with good interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively
communicate and share knowledge with contacts at all levels.
Skilled in developing collaborative relationships. ? Skillful in
handling a high volume of support requests while also managing
various other projects running in parallel. ? Excellent
decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented. ? Project Management skills preferred. ? Knowledge
of Agile and continuous integration practices preferred. ?
Experience in the use, administration and integration of SDLC
applications on both Linux and Windows platforms, such as test
applications, various ticketing systems, requirements management
systems, and software development applications. ? Fundamental
knowledge of Unix and Linux commands. ? Fundamental knowledge of
IIS Web servers 7.58.0, Apache and web-based server technology. ?
Fundamental knowledge of windows servers and Redhat base servers,
clustering, virtual and cloud hosted environments. ? Ability to
appropriately implement policies and procedures. ? Ability and
willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed including
weekends and evenings. The essential functions of this role include
