TheHoneywell Personal Protective Equipment (HPPE) Healthcare
Marketing Director isresponsible for developing and executing a
comprehensive marketing strategy toexpand the HPPE business in the
Healthcare segment. In this capacity, theHealthcare Marketing
Director would define the offering requirements, brandpositioning,
demand creation strategy and plans, and sales/channel enablementto
deliver life-saving personal protective equipment and solutions to
our firstresponders around the globe.
TheHealthcare Marketing Director works closely with HPPE Global
OfferingManagement to identify critical customer requirements and
define distinctiveand differentiated offerings to bring to market
in the Healthcaresegment. Additionally, this leader will be
responsible for driving acohesive strategy to build the Honeywell
brand overall and lead the developmentof programs to engage
directly with key decision makers and influencersthroughout the
Healthcare ecosystem including but not limited to individuals
athospitals, governmental agencies, GPOs and distributors. They
also willwork closely with the sales organization creating robust
sales enablementtools, target lists, digital campaigns to build the
Honeywell brand and createthe foundation for lasting customer
relationships and stimulate demand.
Thisrole will be based in Fort Mill, South Carolina.
Develop and lead a high performing team inclusive of product
marketing, channel and customer marketing.
Define the requirements for leading offerings to win in the
Delivering on growth and profitability objectives within the
Maximizing ROMI through high impact marketing campaigns and
Build HON brand in Healthcare through thought leadership and
Develop high value opportunity targets for the sales
Driving demand and lasting customer relationships through the
creation compelling marketing programs
Establishing channel programs to extend HON reach into the
Establish a robust short, medium- and long-term marketing
strategy for the HPPE Healthcare business
Partner with sales to directly engage with key strategic
customers to understand market, build relationships and win
Define the partner strategy and program structure to best serve
the Healthcare marketplace
Deliver robust, impactful sales and channel enablement tools
Create high impact demand creation to enable growth in the
Drive strategic messaging, thought leadership and brand building
in Healthcare segment
Provide Voice of the Customer to shape offering development
YOU MUST HAVE 8 years of marketing experience
3 years of team leadership
5 + years of Healthcare segment experience
WE VALUE MBA or equivalent business management experience
Strong leadership capabilities including managing geographically
Global mindset and experience
Digital B-to-B marketing experience
Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment and
deliver results by influencing others
Drive to exceed and win
