As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for
managing and leading sales employees to deliver upon all sales
goals. The role develops and executes sales policies, objectives
and initiatives to increase revenue growth for the sales team. The
Regional Sales Director will live in and be willing to travel to
assigned South territory. Remote location within territory
Develop, direct, and execute sales policies, annual and
quarterly sales objectives and initiatives which satisfy growth and
revenue objectives for the respective team.
Assist in serving as a thought leader anticipating industry
educational needs to help drive new business and expand
relationships with current customers.
Manage the sales team by selecting and developing team members

Education and Experience
Five years of outside sales experience with prior business
development responsibilities and consultative selling experience is
