The Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing is responsible
for meeting the companies sales and profitability objectives by
successfully developing, implementing and managing the company
strategies, policies, programs, and practices associated with
sales, marketing, and product management departments.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Develop and execute short and long-term strategic product,
sales, and marketing plans required to achieve desired customer
retention, sales, brand development, and profitability key
Develop and maintain a positive corporate image through
promotion, training and adherence to all company core values.
Hire and manage a team of high performing sales managers with
attainable sales metrics and annual sales and retention goals
Participate with sales staff in the selection and management of
representatives, trade shows, and sales calls to ensure marketing
and sales objectives are achieved.
Identify new product and market opportunities and conduct
appropriate research to determine feasibility and opportunity to
enhance customer experience.
Work closely with the Senior Vice President of Operations to
establish annual and monthly sales forecasts as required for the
sales and operations planning process.
Develop a long range sales forecast with appropriate

Regularly visit EnviroVac?s existing customers and potential
prospects to promote Envirovacs service offering and solicit real
time customer feedback.
Recruit, manage, train, and motivate sales staff to establish
and ensure top-level performance.
Work closely with the EnviroVac leadership team on corporate
policy, strategy, and mission.
Maintain familiarity with and constantly evaluate our
competitor?s products, prices, strategies, and delivery systems,
and apply this knowledge to EnviroVacs advantage.
Develop an integrated marketing plan that optimizes market share
Organize and conduct annual sales meeting.
Develop and manage annual sales budget.
Establish and administer procedures pertaining to pricing,
market research, and advertising.
Performs annual performance reviews for sales team.
The successful candidate will possess the following
Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
15+ years of Industrial Sales experience
5+ years in an Executive Leadership role
Proven staff, sales, and marketing management skills
Enjoys motivating staff and sales force to achieve objectives in
a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Skilled public
speaker and comfortable with a diverse audience.
Mechanically inclined with strong analytical skills
Willing and able to travel up to 50%
