Now you just need the right opportunity.The Business Initiatives Consultant 3 (BIC3) will play an integral role in the teams------ ability to achieve its objectives. -- Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Enhancing ALM corporate standards to align to enterprise goals and objectives
  • Reviewing and analyzing other partners corporate policies or standards to understand ALM impacts and resolve overlaps or gaps
  • Partnering with Enterprise ALM Governance to develop and implement ALM corporate standards metrics
  • Establishing and executing ALM corporate standards implementation planning and roll-out activities
  • Managing and tracking ALM corporate standards exception requests
  • Participating in risk management activities, including BPRM ALM risk assessments --
  • Providing ALM corporate standards consultations and guidance across the enterprise
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners --
  • Organizing and/or leading cross-functional, enterprise-wide process design, re-engineering or process improvement initiatives
  • Performing end to end analysis of current state and developing future state process designs, including BPMN process maps --
  • Partnering with Learning and Development to develop and implement ALM corporate standards trainingThe ideal candidate will possess a broad range of process and strategic design skills to optimize processes for efficiency, control alignment and risk mitigation. -- This candidate will have an extensive background and strong foundation in ALM principles. This self-directed, motivated and creative professional will possess skills in business analysis and process engineering. -- Developing strong partnerships, balancing multiple priorities, providing strong leadership in a changing environment and driving projects to completion in an expedient manner while maintaining quality are all characteristics of a successful candidate in this role.

    Required Qualifications
    • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
    • 5+ years of process definition and documentation experience
    • 3+ years of experience with change control processes and governance
    • 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure product and service control management; policies and standards, business readiness, exceptions management or alignment to the enterprise compliance and risk management accountabilities
    • 2+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience

      Desired Qualifications
      • Strong relationship management skills
      • Process efficiency experience, including process assessment and recommendations for improvement
      • Experience assessing the adequacy of policies, procedures and processes (includes compliance and operational controls within a large complex organization)
      • Ability to determine and report priorities/metrics to senior management
      • Experience with operations scorecard metrics and monitoring
      • Knowledge and understanding of lifecycle management, including implementation, maintenance, patching, health checks, capacity planning, and decommissioning
      • Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology governance risk and compliance processes such as; policies, control standards, risk management concepts, or information security
      • Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Risk Management (BPRM)
      • Experience articulating issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
      • Experience with governance and oversight requirements for regulatory and risk reporting
      • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
      • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

        Other Desired Qualifications
        • Experience maintaining corporate policies or standards
        • Exposure and experience with the Wells Fargo Business Process Management Framework and BPMN notation
        • Exposure and experience with ITIL, COBIT and governance frameworks
        • Knowledge and understanding of Six Sigma or reengineering disciplines
        • Knowledge and understanding of distributed and mainframe platforms

          Job Expectations
          • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
