Our client, the snack manufacturing industry, is seeking a Package Machine Operator Level to join their team. As a Package Machine Operator Level, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Package Machine Operator Level Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Range: $18.45 Shift: Evenings, 8-hour shifts What's the Job? Read and interpret production schedules to plan packaging activities effectively. Operate snack packaging machinery safely and efficiently, monitoring codes, dates, and prices. Maintain an adequate supply of packaging materials and ensure all supplies are available for each machine. Adjust machine settings as needed to optimize performance and minimize waste. Monitor machine operation, check product weights and appearance, and handle good product accordingly. What's Needed? Ability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines consistently. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately. Willingness to work mandatory overtime when required. Basic understanding of machinery operation and troubleshooting.
