Employment Attorney (Remote) Fight For Workers. Work From Anywhere

offices in Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Texas, and North Carolina. As
we continue expanding our North Carolina team, we are hiring two
North Carolina–licensed attorneys , including one attorney fluent
in both English and Spanish . These are fully remote positions
—work from anywhere in North Carolina. What You’ll Do Work directly
with employees whose careers and livelihoods are on the line Take
on meaningful legal work immediately—no bench-warming, no busywork
Advocate for workers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation,
and wage cases Collaborate with a high-energy team that takes
employee rights seriously Who We’re Looking For Attorneys licensed
to practice in North Carolina Strong communicators who connect
easily with clients Empathy, grit, and the drive to fight for
people who need help Employment law experience is a plus, but not
required Commitment and ability matter here—not pedigree or GPA
This role offers real responsibility, real growth, and real impact
inside a fast-moving, mission-driven firm known nationwide for
standing up to employers who break the law. If you want your law

want to hear from you. Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 yearly
Responsibilities: Draft pleadings Handle discovery Take depositions
Participate in trials Evaluate discrimination, sexual harassment,
FMLA, overtime claims, and wrongful termination cases Negotiate
settlements Communicate daily with staff and managers to coordinate
screenings and consultations Qualifications: Must have Juris
Doctorate Must be currently licensed to practice law in NC or
awaiting NC bar results Must possess strong communication and
interpersonal skills Must be able to demonstrate empathy Must
possess the ability to multitask using advanced time management
skills and demonstrate the ability to organize and prioritize work
