Position Overview: A well-established law firm in Charlotte with a significant and expanding practice in litigation, community association, and business law is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join our team. We are looking for an attorney with three to five years of experience who is licensed to practice in both North and South Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney seeking professional growth in a dynamic and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the South Carolina litigation docket, including various types of litigation cases.
• Regularly appear in court in York County, South Carolina, as well as other jurisdictions within the state.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, from initial case evaluation through resolution, with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with the firm's team on cases involving community association law, business law, and other related practice areas.
• Provide high-quality legal representation and maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
  • Three to five years of legal experience, preferably with a focus on litigation.
  • Strong courtroom presence and ability to manage cases independently.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
