us! This job is responsible for overseeing programs and projects
specific to corporate change initiatives that impact how the bank
does business, provides a product or service, or executes a
function. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary
contact to department managers for critical change initiatives and
communicating, influencing, and negotiating vertically and
horizontally to obtain or leverage resources. Job expectations
include delivering regulatory and executive material and ensuring
results align to program strategy, simplification, and new
capabilities. Specific description The Program Manager – Global
Talent Analytics is responsible for delivering high-quality data
analysis, reporting, and strategic insights to support
talent-related business decisions. Key responsibilities include
managing large and complex datasets, developing repeatable and
scalable analytics solutions, and providing thought leadership on
metrics and data quality in partnership with the Governance,
Operations, Analytics & Transformation team within the Chief People
Office. Job expectations include leveraging advanced Excel
capabilities, partnering with cross-functional teams, and designing
efficient, automated analytical processes that drive operational
excellence at an enterprise scale. Responsibilities: Performs
complex data analysis and modeling across large datasets to
generate insights and recommendations supporting talent business
strategies. Builds and enhances automated reporting solutions and
analytical tools, including advanced Excel models and potentially
macros and VBA scripts. Translates ambiguous business questions
into structured analytical approaches and delivers clear,
actionable insights. Produces high-impact dashboards, scorecards,
and visualizations to support senior leader decision-making.
Partners with HR, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure
analytics accurately reflect business processes, data flows, and
operational realities. Develops and improves data management
routines, processes, and controls to ensure accuracy, consistency,
and proper governance of workforce and operational data. Identifies
issues, trends, and emerging risks within large datasets and
escalates appropriately with recommended solutions. Streamlines
manual processes by designing efficient workflows, automation
routines, and repeatable analytical frameworks. Supports strategic
initiatives by conducting scenario analysis, forecasting, and
modeling. Documents analytical methodologies, processes, and data
definitions to ensure transparency and continuity. Required
Qualifications: Demonstrated experience analyzing large, complex
datasets within an enterprise environment. Background or strong
understanding of analytics and reporting, ideally with an emphasis
on HR metrics Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including
complex pivot tables, data manipulation, filtering, and lookups.
Proven ability to translate data into clear, results?driven
insights and present findings effectively, including creating
concise, executive?level PowerPoint presentations with guidance
from HR leadership. Ability to work effectively in situations with
ambiguity and shifting priorities. Strong track record of designing
or enhancing processes with a focus on efficiency. Exceptional
organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Experience
using reporting and analytics to drive tactical improvements and
communicate business narratives. Proactive thinker with the ability
to balance multiple priorities, requests, and goals. Excellent
communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) with the
ability to build strong relationships across all levels of
stakeholders. Self?motivated and self?directed, with strong
organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities without
compromising quality or deadlines. Ability to manage deliverables
in a fast?paced, matrixed environment. Desired Qualifications:
Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI),
query languages (SQL), or programming languages such as Python
Proven track record building automated tools, macros, or workflow
