leading a team to deliver technology products and services that

Summary The AI Engineering Manager (Productivity Intelligence)
leads solution onboarding of 3rd party AI solutions, engineering
and integration into existing productivity productions, model use
development/registration, and performance metrics/reporting aligned
to AI responsible use. This role involves guiding teams,
collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful
implementation of AI models using on-premise and cloud
environments. Key responsibilities include providing technical
expertise, managing projects, and staying abreast of the latest
advancements in AI and cloud technologies. This role requires an
experienced manager, who is responsible for building and leading a
team to deliver technology products and services that meet business
outcomes. Their primary responsibility is to the people they
manage, ensuring they are developing through coaching, mentoring,
feedback, and hands on career development. Other key
responsibilities may include developing a technology strategy and
ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards.
This role advocates and advances modern, Agile solution delivery
practices and evangelizes great design, engineering, and
organizational practices. This includes: Responsible for 3rd party
(i.e., Microsoft, Google, AWS, Adobe) infrastructure and control
engineering, management, and support of global services with
careful regard to availability, connectivity, performance,
compliance, and security. Provide expert guidance on AI\LM,
including architecture, development, and deployment best practices.
Responsible for 3rd level model development and design registration
for Productivity products containing AI and LMs. Participate and
oversee efforts in audits related to global AI/LM machine learning
products and services. Have deep understanding of Microsoft and
Azure AI/LMs services, including Copilot Studio, Copilot Chat, M365
Copilot, MS Defender, MS Purview, Enterprise Data Protection, Azure
Responsible A I. Support business and client group requirements for
access, and solution administration. Help define test strategies
for migrations and translations of configurations to mitigate
outages and loss of service. Monitor and optimize the performance
of AI solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and SLAs.
Help define and develop project plans (Define, roughly create,
status and update). Work with a project team (Project Managers,
Product Manager, System Administrators, Architects, and
Stakeholders) in a high communication standard manner. Write
technical documents, and alter existing technical documents Will be
working in detailed change management processes and configuration
processes. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI
projects, including data privacy, security, and ethical
considerations. Required Qualifications 5 years of experience with
managing high output data science or solution engineering team. 7
years of experience with AI/LLM and machine learning design,
testing, implementing, evaluating regulatory requirements, and
maintaining robotics/automation services. 3 years of knowledge with
Microsoft, AWS, Google AI\LM technologies. Strong proficiency in
engineering solutions for global highly regulated financial or
healthcare industry platforms. Knowledge of enterprise-wide design
concepts, test plan development, and implementation processes.
Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Cloud ecosystems, incl. services and
technologies such as Azure, Purview, Defender, M365 Admin Center,
etc. Working networking knowledge, DHCP, TCP/IP, WINS, subnetting,
firewalls. Experience with creating engineering blueprints,
detailed designs and author documents and test plans. Self-starter,
critical thinker with proven ability to deal with granular
requirements yet see things holistically and strategically.
Effectively contribute to design and development of solutions
through the entire product lifecycle. Effective at time management
so as to deliver quality solutions on time. Strong troubleshooting
and problem-solving skills. Ability to shift and pivot with
changing responsibilities. Strong interpersonal skills with
