us! Job Description: This job is responsible for leading cross
functional teams to manage infrastructure delivery, including
initiatives within Application Production Services and Engineering.
Key responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for
application teams and working with Technology stakeholders, Service
Providers, and the business to deliver the Infrastructure
Portfolio. Job expectations may include oversight and management of
programs, coordinating activities across functional teams,
remediating or escalating issues, and ensuring funding levels are
maintained for key technology strategies. The analyst should have
extensive knowledge of Excel and be able to create update scripts
in bulk and maintain data integrity. The technical analyst will
work closely with EOL Lead and Program to upload data into system
by deadlines on a weekly basis. Assist CIO teams with execution of
EOL software upgrades by submitting and tracking requests on their
behalf. Research weekly new EOL instances(large volume) and create
remediation instructions for CIOS team to execute upgrades
effectively. Perform weekly upload of all plans for centrally
remediated/core team/decommissioning records. Provide weekly views
of overall EOL portfolio to EOL Leads post bulk uploads. Provide
organizational performance reporting, monitoring of key metrics and
coordinate development, tracking and execution of remediation
action plans Responsibilities: Oversees infrastructure delivery
(scope, milestones, and capability) of the book of work and
executes and monitors the progress of initiatives/projects to
address roadblocks and issues proactively, including infrastructure
impacted book of work and Technology Infrastructure (TI) strategic
efforts Acts as a single point of contact for all technology
stakeholder needs including network, storage, server, and TI
supporting software and serves as a point of escalation for issues
and defining plans to resolve and communicate those problems
requiring further attention Reports on key metrics, prioritizes the
work across the portfolio, and monitors the overall health of the
portfolio Manages trusted relationships with the business and
technology leaders and prepares a detailed portfolio level plan to
agree on deliverables, including service levels and milestones
Manages yearly and monthly initiative funding budget and
allocations, providing financial transparency for Technology Cost
of Application (TCOA) chargebacks, capital forecasting, initiative
finances, and stale application volumes Communicates Core
Technology Infrastructure (CTI) strategies, services, and products
to technology stakeholders, advocates for top priorities within
CTI, and influences change effectively through strong partnerships
Leads fellowship Communities of Practice (CPO) in the organization
and across other delivery teams Required Qualifications: Ability to
communicate effectively at different levels within the
organization. Previous success working in a dynamic environment
with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Self-starter/self-directed, organized and detail oriented Strong
technical acumen and analytical skills Excellent client interfacing
skills Candidate must be proven as a confident and creative
problem-solver who can drive interaction with resources as well as
working independently to research and resolve issues. Desired

JIRA, SharePoint, Tableau, knowledge sharing and documentation of

and benefits information Pay range $91,000.00 - $152,400.00
annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience,
education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role
is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
