us! Job Description: This job is responsible for developing and
delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key
responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is
developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance
requirements, and solutions are well designed with
maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the
outset. Job expectations include a strong knowledge of development
and testing practices common to the industry and design and
architectural patterns. The role is designed for a senior software
engineer who builds working agent-based solutions, translates real
customer usage into product and engineering inputs, and accelerates
adoption through reusable technical assets. You will operate
hands-on across engineering, product, customers, and governance,
enabling developers to move faster while making safe, scalable
adoption the default. Responsibilities: Codes solutions and unit
test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance
criteria and compliance requirements Designs, develops, and
modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and
solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity
is maintained Mentors other software engineers and coach team on
Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) practices
and automating tool stack Executes story refinement, definition of
requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story
through the delivery lifecycle Performs spike/proof of concept as
necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas Automates manual
release activities Designs, develops, and maintains automated test
suites (integration, regression, performance) Developer Experience
& Execution: Build production-grade agents, reference
implementations, starter kits, sample repositories, and prototypes
that developers can directly adopt or extend. Customer Signal ?
Product Feedback: Engage with end customers and internal teams,
identify adoption friction, and drive actionable inputs into
product and engineering roadmaps. Technical Enablement Content:
Produce concise, high-quality technical assets (agents, templates)
derived from real implementations—not slideware. Governance & Risk
by Design: Embed security, compliance, and policy requirements
directly into solutions, making safe defaults easy for customers to
adopt. Required Qualifications: Senior software engineer background
(required) Strong hands-on experience in Python,
JavaScript/TypeScript, API design, cloud?native architectures
Proven ability to independently design, build, deliver, and iterate
on production systems Experience working end?to?end across the
software development lifecycle (SDLC) AI/ML Knowledge: Hands-on
experience with GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, and prompt
engineering techniques. AI Model Familiarity: Understanding of
OpenAI GPT family, Claude, and Gemini models—strengths,
limitations, and use cases. Desired Qualifications: Experience with
internal developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, Horizon, SDLC
tooling Familiarity with enterprise governance, risk, and
