Job Description Job Description Job Description: Seeking an experienced Epic Healthy Planet Analyst with a strong background in Epic tools, population health, and healthcare IT systems. The ideal candidate will support implementation, operations, and optimization of Epic modules within a large health system. Required Skills: Epic Certification in Healthy Planet with 5 years experience in population health solutions 8 years in Epic implementation , Health IT , and enterprise system integration Expertise in Epic tools : Registries, Reporting Workbench, Health Maintenance, BPAs, Decision Support Knowledge of Epic Care Everywhere , SmartForms, Meaningful Use, MyChart, and Specialty Modules Experience with case/care management workflows , quality reporting (PQRS, ACO/MSSP), and wellness programs Strong understanding of system architecture , data workflows, security protocols, and privacy regulations Proven ability in project management , user needs assessment, technical documentation, and testing Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and clinical teams
