Our client, a leading financial services organization, is
seeking a US - Field Technical Spt Cons IV - US1 to join their
team. As a US - Field Technical Spt Cons IV - US1, you will be part
of the IT Support Services supporting the technical needs of the
organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent
problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a
proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: US - Field Technical Spt Cons IV - US1
Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Range: $30.04 Shift: Hours Per Shift: 8
What's the Job? Provide software and hardware support to end-users
in a professional banking environment Configure, install, and test
hardware components and manage hardware deployment replacements
Support and troubleshoot end-user devices, including PCs, laptops,
and virtual desktops Manage service-related issues using the
ServiceNow ticketing system to prevent escalation Document service
events accurately and maintain detailed records of work orders and
tickets What's Needed? 3-5 years of experience providing software
and hardware support in a professional setting Knowledge of server,
Cisco technology, and infrastructure applications such as VDI,
patch management, encryption, and anti-virus solutions Proficiency
with troubleshooting/supporting MS Office applications, MS Teams,
Outlook, and Windows OS Experience working with ServiceNow or
similar ticketing systems is a plus Strong customer service skills
and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-profile
