Job Description:
The Senior Technical Analyst will provide production support to
include system user support, monitoring, troubleshooting,
configuring, enhancing and providing advanced business partner
support for the existing network and desktop environment; serve as
point-of-contact across several areas or disciplines to solve major
systems outages with high impact or visibility. 40 hours per week.
Role requires up to 10% domestic travel as needed Requires
Qualification Include: Requires a Bachelors degree in Information
Technology, Computer Science, a related field, or a foreign
equivalent. 6 years of experience in job offered or related
occupation. 6 years of experience with solution architecture
skills/understanding systems integration design 6 years of
experience with technical application support and troubleshooting
skills 6 years of experience with project lifecycle skills (SDLC,
waterfall, Agile) 6 years of experience with technical analysis
skills (analyze requirements and translate into technical
solutions) 3 years of experience with network monitoring skills
