Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a globally recognized
leader in the security services industry, is seeking a highly
motivated and detail-oriented Area Operations Coordinator. In this
critical role, the successful candidate will oversee daily security
operations within their designated area, ensuring seamless
integration of our comprehensive security services, from on-site
guarding to electronic security systems. Your mission will be to
uphold our commitment to protect homes, workplaces, and communities
while maintaining the highest standards of security and safety.
Coordinate and oversee daily operations across multiple security
sites. Implement and monitor security protocols and procedures to
ensure effective protection. Manage relationships with clients and
stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and compliance with security
requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure
adherence to safety and security standards. Collaborate with site
managers and other team members to optimize operational efficiency
and resource allocation. Provide training and guidance to on-site
security personnel. Prepare and review reports on incidents and
breaches, suggesting improvements to prevent future security
threats. Liaise with law enforcement and emergency responders as
required. Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of
security protocols and procedures Proficiency in electronic
security systems and technology Ability to handle crisis situations
