Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a global leader in the
provision of security services, is seeking an experienced Security
Program Director to join our dedicated team in the pharmaceuticals
sector. In this pivotal role, the Director will oversee and enhance
the security operations and programs across multiple pharmaceutical
facilities, ensuring the highest level of security and safety
measures are enforced. Drawing on Securitas extensive capabilities
in on-site guarding, electronic security, and fire prevention, the
Security Program Director will tailor these solutions to meet the
unique needs of the pharmaceutical industry, safeguarding not only
physical properties but also intellectual property and sensitive
company data. Develop and implement comprehensive security
strategies tailored to the pharmaceutical industry. Manage budgets,
schedules, and resources for security operations. Coordinate with
law enforcement and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all
applicable laws and regulations. Train and lead a diverse team of
security professionals and administrative staff. Evaluate and
upgrade security technology and systems as needed to adapt to
changing threats. Perform risk assessments and mitigation planning
to anticipate and counteract potential security breaches.
Communicate clearly and regularly with senior management and
external stakeholders about the status and effectiveness of
security measures. Strong leadership and decision-making
capabilities Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
standards and regulations related to security Proficiency in
managing large-scale security operations Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Adept at crisis management and emergency
response planning Ability to analyze complex security data and
