Custom Software Engineering Manager - Senior Level - Full time
Position: Custom Software Engineering Manager at Accenture LLP, Charlotte, NC. Multiple openings available. The key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing, designing, building, testing, implementing, and maintaining multiple system components or applications.
  
• Developing or updating project plans for IT projects, including objectives, technologies, systems, specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
  
• Maintaining applications according to SLAs and managing project execution to adhere to budgets, schedules, and scope.
  
• Working across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
  
• Designing and coding applications following functional and technical standards.
  
• Developing system specifications and interfaces for complex components.
  
• Identifying and assessing complex problems, creating solutions for team implementation.
  
• Supervising a team to gather and interpret requirements into design specifications.
  
• Conducting project and issue management, including status, issue, and budget reporting, and making decisions impacting the team in consultation with senior management.
  
• Adhering to strategic directions set by senior management.
  
• Interacting effectively with clients and internal senior management.
